All our garage lofts are available in multiple sizes that range from 10’ x 16’ to 14’ x 44’. These storage spaces feature vapor barrier metal roofs, heavy-duty flooring, and an insulated garage door that is 8’ x 7’ in size for our 10’ wide structures and 9’ x 7’ for our larger units.
They also have a side door for an additional entry and other extra options available for various pricing, such as added doors or windows, shutters, ramps, workbenches, overhangs, accents, and more. Choose from different colors and siding options available to customize your storage space to fit your style and needs.

Roof and metal siding colors are provided by McElroy Metal and include colors like Regal White, Copper Penny Metallic, Galvalume Plus, Autumn Red, Ash Grey, Matte Black, Regal Blue, Patrician Bronze, Hartford green, Terratone, Surrey beige, and more.
Our DuraTemp paint colors are provided by Haley Paint and include Barn White, Navajo White, Wild Grasses, Ronks Gray, Bora Bora Shore, Wedgewood Blue, Pequea Green, Quakertown Red, Jamestown Red, Black, and more.
Finally, we have our Wilderness urethane colors that include Chestnut Brown, Cedar, Ebony, Driftwood, and Nature Walk.

Our painted premium grade DuraTemp siding is made with non-cracking or splitting genuine plywood, includes your choice of paint color, and comes with a 50 Year Warranty.
Note: Barns that are built on-site are not painted; however, they are primed and paint is provided.
Our metal siding is paint and maintenance-free with a fresh clean look and includes a 40-year warranty.
Finally, our Treated T111 siding is ProWood micro CA pressure treated with premium-grade T111 to prevent termites and rotting for a lifetime. It is also paintable and stainable, in fact, it should be painted or stained on a regular basis. It includes a 3 to 5-year water-resistant stain.
We make it possible for anyone to own a loft garage to get the extra storage space they need, with our rent-to-own 36 months' program. This allows you to make affordable monthly payments for 36 months, then become the full owner of your garage loft. Payments for this program range from $265.97 to $759.03, depending on the type and size of the structure.
